Ethiopia, the land of origin of coffee, produces this exceptional assortment of four varieties of Arabicas: Bourbon, Caturra, Mundo Novo and Garnica. These high quality beans harmoniously balance sweetness, bitterness and acidity, forming what many consider to be the perfect 100% Arabica.
This Moka is grown on high plateaus at an altitude of around 1500 meters, in optimal climatic conditions for the development of the plant, on soils rich in minerals which give it its exceptional taste properties. With great sweetness associated with low acidity, it will satisfy those looking for a typical coffee but without bitterness.
